All medications must be brought to the health clinic in original bottle with student's name affixed.
The school does not provide oral medications unless a parent speaks directly to the school nurse and gives verbal permission, and it is up to the nurses's discretion if medication is given.
The parent must assure the medication arrives safely to school.
Parents must provide an authorization form or written note including the following: o Students Name o Medication Name, purpose of medication o Dosage of Medication and times to be given o Parent/Guardian Signature
Medications must be FDA approved. No expired medications will be administered at any time.
