ISSMA Solo and Ensemble
Congratulations to the FHS Orchestra students who participated in ISSMA Solo & Ensemble contest on Saturday, Jan. 26.
FHS received ALL GOLD ratings, including two violin solos and a trio that advance to State contest. Our gold medalists were: Everett Dick, violin solo; Kristell Gomez, violin solo; Alex Kimbowa, violin solo;
Abigail Clendenen, violin solo in Group I, advancing to State; Addison Perryman, violin solo in Group I, advancing to State; Violin Trio with Abigail Clendenen, Kristell Gomez, and Addison Perryman, Group I,, advancing to State. Great job, everyone!
FMS Orchestra students won 40 gold ratings! We got all gold and we also had more events and string students entered in the contest than any other school in our district.
