Distinguished Young Woman of Clinton County
Distinguished Young Women (DYW) is a program that combines the chance to win college scholarships with a program that offers Life Skills training to prepare young women for the world after high school.
Nina Harshman and Katie Stitsworth were the finalists for Clinton County DYW that took place on December 22, 2017. Nina Harshman was selected as the 2018 Distinguished Young Woman of Clinton County. Nina is participating with 23 other young women during the week of February 11 in Kokomo for the state level of DYW. These participants will be involved in workshops to work on interviewing skills, public speaking, self-confidence, and a community service project.
Congratulations to both of these young women for representing Clinton County Senior ladies!
