If your child still needs his/her required immunizations for school, the Clinton County Board of Health will be at Frankfort High School on Tuesday, August 3rd from 3-6 in the auxiliary gym.
COVID vaccines will also be available for students age 12 and up. You will enter at Door 27.
Your child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have his/her insurance or Medicaid card with him/her.
Registration will be in the auxiliary gym. If you are unsure if your child needs vaccines, the school nurse will be in the gymnasium and can check that information for you.
The Frankfort Middle School Vaccination Clinic is on Thursday, July 29th from 3-6.
Feel free to attend either clinic.
*CSF Staff can access the vaccination clinic at FMS or FHS at one of the aforementioned dates/times in order to receive the COVID shot.*
