All CSF students are now required by law to have two Hepatitis A shots beginning August 2020!!

There are a large number of students in 9th - 11th grade that are NOT UP TO DATE. The two shots need to be spread out 6 months apart so now is the time to get started.
Letters are going home to the 9th and 10th graders who are not up to date. Juniors have received notices earlier in the year. Locations to receive the immunizations are listed in the flier seen here and posted around the building.
Proof of working to complete these immunizations must be presented to the school nurse or these students may not be allowed to be in school come this August.
