Frankfort Middle School

If your child still needs his/her required immunizations for school, the Clinton County Board of Health will be at Frankfort Middle School.

COVID vaccines will also be available for students age 12 and up.

Your child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have his/her insurance or Medicaid card with him/her.

If you are unsure if your child needs vaccines, the school nurse will be on site and can check that information for you.
